Cake Decorating Level I and Level ll

Students learn basic techniques of cake decorating through hands-on experience with various cake designs and coloring. Decorate cakes like the professionals! Whether you want to begin decorating or improve your skills, you will be trained in decorating beautiful cakes for special occasions. Individual creativity will be encouraged. Level ll is a continuation of Level l.

ServSafe Food Safety Certification

This course is designed for individuals who need to become certified in food safety and sanitation and who work in public eating and drinking places. The PA Food Employee Certification Act requires that one supervisory employee per establishment become certified. The course if PA Department of Agriculture (PDA) approved and student results are certified with the National Restaurant Association.
Course Length: 15 hours

Feeding Assistant for the Elderly

This course is designed for individuals who work or plan to work in Long Term Care Nursing Facilities and would like to be able to properly feed elderly patients. Course covers all aspects of feeding, solids and liquids, and all types of patients who have special dietary and feeding needs.
Approved by the PA Department of Health.
