Introduction to Computers, the Internet, and Email

This course will teach you how to set up a broadband connection, find a browser, surf the Internet and keep your computer secure and safe from viruses.

Basic introduction knowledge to word processing, spreadsheets, database. Some objectives are as follows:

  1. Computer basics such as start, shut down, settings, control panel, hardware/software, and printer
  2. Terms and parts of the computer
  3. Parts of a window/format disk
  4. Creating a folder
  5. Overview of Word Processing and Spreadsheets

Course Length: 21 hours
