You can request this at www.pin.ed.gov

Complete your 2013-2014 FAFSA

Students should file a 2013-2014 FAFSA at www.fafsa.ed.gov. You must complete a FAFSA application in order to receive any federal assistance. List Clearfield County Career and Technology Center as your school in Step Six (federal school code 015422).  When completing the tax section of this application, it is highly recommended that you transfer in and do not change your 2012 Tax Return information from the IRS. If you do not use the IRS Data Retrieval tool when completing your initial FAFSA application, you can return to FAFSA.gov, log in to your FAFSA record, select “Make FAFSA Corrections,” and navigate to the Financial Information section of the form. Follow the instructions to determine if you are eligible to use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool to transfer 2012 IRS income tax information into your FAFSA. It takes up to two weeks for IRS income information to be available for the IRS Data Retrieval Tool for electronic IRS tax return filers, and up to eight weeks for paper IRS tax return filers. If you are unable to transfer in your 2012 tax return information from the IRS, you must contact the IRS at 800-829-1040 and request a copy of your 2012 Tax Return Transcript.
