The Joint
Operating Committee and Professional Advisory Committee consist of members from
six sending schools. The JOC serves as the school board for the Clearfield County Career and Technology Center and meets once a month for regular meetings. The Professional Advisory Committee is made up of the
Superintendents from the six sending schools.
